Returns Policy

  • No products can be returned once purchased.

  • We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date it has been delivered, for any manufacturing defects.

  • If your product is eligible for replacement, kindly email us at hello@jivefit.in

  • Product must be with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Any items on discounts or purchased during sales cannot be replaced.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@jivefit.in and generate a return request.
