No products can be returned once purchased.

We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date it has been delivered, for any manufacturing defects.

Product must be with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any items on discounts or purchased during sales cannot be replaced.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@jivefit.in and generate a return request.
